Steps For Setup.

1. Open your Internet Explorer browser.

2. Click "Tools".

3. Click "Internet Options".

4. Click the "Advanced" Tab.

5. Scroll down to "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)" and make sure that there is a check mark in the box.

6. Click the "Apply" button.
